¿Cómo puedo financiar mis proyectos de energía solar, eólica o hidroeléctrica?

Image
Daily our teams in Sydney ( www.projectsrh.com.au ) and internationallyin Singapore( www.tabatingasg.com ) wake-up to the question can this or that energy project be financed. Diariamente, nuestro equipo en Sydney ( www.projectsrh.com.au ) e internacionalmente en Singapur ( www.tabatingasg.com ) pueden responder a la pregunta de si este o ese proyecto de energía puede financiarse. Tabatingadoes receive a lot of enquiries from Asia and more recentlyLatAm. Tabatinga recibe muchas consultas de Asia y, más recientemente, de LatAm . [1] The mandates issued to Project RH andTabatingaby their respective Boards and shareholders are to act like a relationship partner and not like a transaction banker. Los mandatos emitidos a PROJECTS RH y TABATINGA por sus respectivos Consejos y accionistas deben actuar como un socio de relación y no como un banquero de transacciones. These roles whilst commonly called “investment banking” are that part of the project development cycle wh

Our Place is where Investment Comes!

Projects RH continues to receive in-ward bound investment enquiries from new potential offshore clients and we have asked ourselves why? I asked the team are they all wanting investment based visas to which the answer was “No”. The first response was that at about USD 0.70 our dollar was said to be fairly valued. The second response was Australis seen as a stable longer investment country with a place as a major influencer of geo-finance and politics . Australia / New Zealand have developed societies and values people like. Australia has strong two way trade ties especially in its region. If we look at the literally billons recently committed to our military and space programs it is about having the “smarts” and each of these has spin-offs in the domestic economy and whilst we could not stand alone against the USA, China or Russia getting to Australia takes a lot of effort and our small military has some pretty powerful “assets” which can be used for good. Winging into Sydney!

The Team at Projects RH whilst we focus on projects in Australia, we have the opportunity meet with and to talk with clients, investor and professionals who look at Australia from the outside. Recently Carmenza and I were returning from Singapore and we looked out the window and saw Sydney shining as we made our approach to Kingsford-Smith Airport. The sight was magnificent and somewhat iconic as it is the type of photo so many believes reflects Australia but this is far from the case – but please keep coming and spending your tourist dollars, please keep sending your children and spending your education dollars. If you and you children like the place well enough come and invest too. We will sell you our produce and commodities too! I think why so many people come to Australia is because of our attitude and tolerance as much as our nation’s beauty and isolation. Australia’s high level of personal safety means foreigner and local can both relax and do good business

2019 – For the world we're gonna make.

Returning from Singapore recently I finally saw The Greatest Showman (staring Hugh Jackman). For me the outstanding song was “A Million Dreams” ( Songwriters: Benj Pasek / Justin Paul). Two verses reflect how we are at Projects RH do what we do: Every night I lie in bed The brightest colors fill my head A million dreams are keeping me awake I think of what the world could be A vision of the one I see A million dreams is all it's gonna take A million dreams for the world we're gonna make However big, however small Let me be part of it all Share your dreams with me You may be right, you may be wrong But say that you'll bring me along To the world you see To the world I close my eyes to see I close my eyes to see Projects RH is a relationship house not a transaction house. Our role at Projects RH is to work with our clients to see their vision and work with them to deliver it.   The first thing we need to do is get into the head of our clie

A Place for All

This morning we gathered at St Michael’s Lane Cove to offer mass for the life of Aura Lilia Blanco de Cocunubo the mother of a dear friend Sophie with her husband Anthony, his family and members of our Latino Australian family including the English teacher who brought them together – she from a Hindu background. Father Geoffrey broke with tradition and after welcoming us, he asked us to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christchurch, New Zealand, who believe in the same God, who on Friday who were only doing what we were doing today – praying to God in the way we understand. This occurs in Churches, Mosques, Temples and Synagogues across Australasia and the world. I was reminded that it could have been us at our Sabbath prayer – no-longer unthinkable! Today the leaders of all the great religions in Australia gathered at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney as a sign of tolerance and solidarity. They were joined by our political leaders too. What is important that they s

The Australian Election Impact!

Image
The Australian Election Impact! By Paul Raftery May 2019 is the time of the long awaited Australian election for a national or Federal Government. We are fortunate that in Australia our two major national political groups are not radically dis-similar. On the right of centre we have the Liberal & National Parties and on the left of centre we have the Labor Party. In Australia it is said with a degree of truth governments lose elections as much as oppositions with them. We are not seeing the bitter divides of the Democrats and Republicans in the US or the Labour Party with the Greens v’s the Conservatives and DP?? Of Northern Ireland. There is no massive issue of a “wall” or Brexit dividing the political extremes. Unlike the US here red represents the left and blue the right. The pollical seen has been rocked by the internal divide within the Liberal Party which saw their Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, leave politics and the former leader of the National Party le

Walking along Synagogue Road By Paul Raftery Recently we were walking down Synagogue Road when it occurred to me, we live in a wonderful world. As we approach the celebration of Christmas quickly followed by Chinese New Year (6 th February) I reflected we had just celebrated Diwali (the Hindu Festival of Lights) and it felt as if we had just broken bread to celebrate Eid-e-Zahra (the end of Ramadan) Singapore is clearly much more than a cross roads where East meets West but a centre where multiculturism is working. Whilst we regularly talk of Singapore as an excellent place to do business because it is an international centre of arbitration and where contracts are viewed as under English Law with an independent judiciary there is much more to the story. At the suggestion of one of the Tabatinga directors we visited the Peranakan Museum to learn much of the basis of the basis of success and tolerance of Singapore. In the 1700’s across the Malay Straits India and Chinese merchan
