Returning from Singapore recently I finally saw The Greatest Showman (staring Hugh Jackman). For me the outstanding song was “A Million Dreams” (Songwriters: Benj Pasek / Justin Paul).

Two verses reflect how we are at Projects RH do what we do:

Every night I lie in bed
The brightest colors fill my head

A vision of the one I see

Projects RH is a relationship house not a transaction house.

Our role at Projects RH is to work with our clients to see their vision and work with them to deliver it.  The first thing we need to do is get into the head of our clients and share the vision.  We need to seen how it can be successful and how it can be delivered. It can mean who else we need to bring to the table and do all the hard work for.

Whilst Projects RH needs for clients to pay fees for we too have bills to pay as we go. Our business model unashamedly has our fees as success based and based on an ongoing relationship. It is not unusual that we need to work with our clients for a couple of years for each success step. The creation of at 10 story apartment tower or an underground mine is a partnership over 2-5 years.

Projects RH partners with its clients, shares the vision and the successes.

2019 is already proving to be a buy year. Projects RH is already seeing activity in

·       Mining – gold and copper / cobalt / lithium for batteries

·       Specialised information to be sold as SAS (software as a service)

·       Inward investment looking to meet migration requirements

·       Commodity sales – beef, coal and iron ore

·       Property – Over 50’s living and land subdivision.

Walking along Synagogue Road By Paul Raftery Recently we were walking down Synagogue Road when it occurred to me, we live in a wonderful world.
