One leap and five years forward
In five weeks,
we have seen the business environment change as dramatically as it has in the
last five years. I am paraphrasing the words of a Sydney business consultant,
Mark Hodgson, author of a Time to Shine. We are not going to see a new world
order that day new economic paradigms. Those that can adjust rapidly with the
clear winners. The lessons we need to learn of those of the entrepreneurs
especially in the companies formed in the last three years. At Projects RH we
have the privilege to work with a number of these. For them time is of the
essence and actions must be clear and decisive. They are asking us to focus on
our modelling rather than the syntax. We need think strategic and big picture
as the new world is going to need a new reference set. If we swim against the
tide we will be engulfed in the Tsunami and drown. We need to swim with the
tide and be prepared to surf on the Tsunami.
